YOUR AGREEMENT / CLEAR OWNERSHIP

Know who handles
what happens next.

A maintenance agreement should make the everyday process understandable.

What belongs in the maintenance scope?

List the sites, equipment, recurring tasks, supported configurations, service hours and reporting arrangements. Add how remote and on-site support are requested.

Are new equipment and replacement parts included?

That depends on the agreement. Confirm hardware, spare stock, licenses and replacement labour separately rather than assuming they are included.

How are larger changes handled?

Office moves, new floors, major upgrades and redesigns may need a separate project scope. Agree how those requests are assessed and quoted.

How are incidents escalated?

Define the reporting channel, required information, responsible contacts and response targets in your agreement.

LET’S MAKE IT HAPPEN

Let’s plan your maintenance.

Start with your requirements. We will shape the scope around them.
